Welcome to my Custom order form!
This is a reminder that I usually work with witchy, fantasy, and cottagecore type fabrics. While this isn't a hard rule I follow please keep that in mind when ordering. I don't use licenced fabrics such as disney, harry potter, school/sports, etc.
Please read the bottom of this page in full to see the process of creating these bags and information regarding quotes, invoicing, and the type of bags available for custom order.
Custom Order Form
Custom Bag Process
Step 1 - Form Submission
You fill out this form with as much information as you can regarding the bag you would like. If there is something you don't know about message me or write out you don't know. Sometimes deciding things like hardware can be difficult when you don't know the exact fabric yet.
Step 2 - Details
After you submit the form it will take me 2-3 business days to respond. Depending on the information you give me I will come to you with some fabric options or ask follow up questions about what you are wanting.
Step 3- Quote/Invoicing
After all details are confirmed and you are happy with the decisions made I will get you a quote. Half of the bag payment is due up front as a non-refundable deposit. Once that is paid the work on your bag will begin. The second part, as well as shipping costs, are due before the bag is sent.
*shipping cost will be an estimation at this point in the process. The actual cost will be provided at the second invoice stage.
Step 4 - Building of your bag
After the deposit is paid then the work on your bag will begin. Please keep in mind that custom bags do take time. It can take up to 4-6 weeks for your bag to be completed. Due to the custom nature it will take time for ordered materials to come in.
Step 5 - Final Payment and Shipping
After your bag is completed I will get your full shipping information and send you the final invoice. When this invoice is paid then your bag will be sent out to its new home.
Please note shipping can take on average 4-8 business days.
