We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the guidlines under Return Eligibility.

If your return or refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Eligibility
All products are handmade on a small scale. Due to this nature returns will only be acepted if there is damage upon acquiring the product or breakage within the first 30 days (straps breaking, seams popping, zippers breaking,etc.) ; in which case it is makers error. Under these conditions a return will be processed. The item will be repaired or remade based on condition and sent back to the customer unless a refund is requested. Product will be returned to the customer in its original design. No details of the product will be changed such as fabrics, hardware, webbing, etc. All sales are final otherwise. It is up to the customers to care for their products over their lifetime.
Exchanges
Do to the nature of these products exchanges will not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility

Under these conditions a refund will be processed. A shipping label will be sent to the customer to send the product back. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
